Prepare all ingredients by draining the preserved fruits, beans, and jellies thoroughly and arranging them in separate bowls

Take four tall glasses or bowls and begin layering by adding 2 tablespoons each of sweetened red beans and sweetened white beans to the bottom

Add layers of sweetened jackfruit strips, nata de coco cubes, sweetened banana pieces, and sweetened palm fruit

Add gulaman jelly in your chosen colors for visual appeal

Fill each glass three-quarters full with finely shaved ice, packing it down gently

Spoon 2 tablespoons of purple yam jam over the shaved ice in each glass

Pour 50 ml of chilled evaporated milk over each serving, allowing it to seep through the ice

Top each glass with a generous scoop of ube ice cream and optional leche flan pieces

Garnish with toasted pinipig or rice crispies for crunch if desired and serve immediately with a long spoon
