Heat the baked_beans in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning often.

Push sausages to the side when half cooked, then add bacon, tomato halves (cut side down), and button_mushrooms to the pan. Cook until bacon is crisp and veg is tender.

Add black_pudding slices (if using) and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until crisp.

Remove cooked meats and veg to a warm plate or oven to keep hot.

Add a little more fat to the pan if needed and fry the bread until golden and crisp, then remove from the pan.

Crack eggs into the hot fat and fry until whites are set and yolks are runny.

Assemble the plate with sausages, bacon, tomato, mushrooms, beans, fried bread, and the egg.
