Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)

A soothing, bright yellow Ayurvedic drink known as Haldi Doodh. This warm beverage combines milk (dairy or plant-based) with turmeric and aromatic spices like ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper. It is traditionally consumed for its anti-inflammatory properties and as a relaxing bedtime drink. The black pepper is essential as it boosts the absorption of curcumin from the turmeric.
