Set oven rack to the top position and preheat the broiler to high (approx 260°C/500°F). Line a sheet pan with foil.

In a bowl, toss sliced flank steak with 1 tbsp olive oil, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Allow to while preparing vegetables.

Toss the bell pepper strips and yellow onion wedges with 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt on the sheet pan. Broil for 6-8 minutes until slightly charred. Remove from oven.

Push veggies to the side and add steak to the hot sheet pan in a single layer. Broil for another 5-7 minutes until steak is browned but still tender.

Squeeze lime juice over the steak and veggies. Serve immediately with tortillas.
